We provide the legal service of Preparing Private Deeds. Private Deed is the effective risk hedge in case you need to take legal actions. The above amount is our basic fee. When you order, please use Order Form below to send the details of the content you want. The preparation fee and the required number of days will be estimated after scrutinizing the contents of your order.
If you need multiple identical documents such as contracts, memorandums, agreements, etc., 2,000 JPY will be added from the second copy.
Delivery will be by FedEx shipping or trough Email attached PDF. FedEx shipping fee is 8,000 JPY nationwide, and the number of days from shipping to arrival is 2-3 days on weekdays, and 3-4 days on weekdays in the case of remote areas.

Payment after finalized the order
Once you have decided to place an order with us, you will be required to transfer the cost in a lump sum. When paying from Japan, the payment is basically made to the "Mitsubishi UFJ Bank" account designated by us. We also accept transfers to "Mizuho Bank" accounts for your convenience, but our fee of 500 yen will be charged separately. If you wish to pay by "Credit Card", our fee of 1,000 yen will be added separately. When paying from the Philippines, please transfer to the BPI (Bank of Philippine Islands) account designated by us. Customers are responsible for the fees of each financial institution when making payments. We will send you a receipt through Email, Messenger, or LINE as soon as the payment is confirmed.

After confirming the transfer of expenses, we will start preparing Private Deed. We will do our best to complete the work promptly. And we will report the progress as necessary.
Delivery / Shipping
We will ship your order by FedEx as soon as we have prepared your Private Deed. The number of days from shipping to arrival at the specified address is 1-2 days on weekdays, and 3-4 days on weekdays in the case of remote areas.
